Annual Conference Session 2019

Welcome to the 2019 Mountain Sky Annual Conference Session registration!  

We will gather June 13-16, 2019 in Billings, Montana at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center and the Red Lion Hotel Billings. Our theme is based on our quadrennial emphasis of “Living into Beloved Community,” with a missional focus of "Love. Heal. Thrive: Rebuilding a Worthy Temple."    

During our time together, we will “draw the circle wide.” Like any family reunion, we will renew old relationships and discover new ones. We will celebrate the oneness we experience through Jesus Christ and revive our souls through passionate worship.

*Immersion Projects

Immersion projects will take place throughout the Billings, MT area on Friday during Annual Conference. When you pick up your registration materials at Annual Conference you will be able to sign up for the specific project of your choice. Please indicate below your preference for location. Transportation and lunch will be provided.

Conference materials (program book, including speaker information, schedule, budget, etc.) will be available electronically. Printed program books will only be available to those requesting them in advance.

An electronic copy of the Conference Journal will be provided free of charge to each church. Printed (paper) copies of the 2019 Conference Journal are not be available. If you would like to purchase an additional electronic copy of the Conference Journal for $15.00, please indicate the number of Journals you wish to order below.

Charter bus options

Transportation via charter bus is available at a deferred fee to all conference attendees.  All buses will depart on Wednesday, June 12th and arrive in Billings between 7 and 8pm. Buses will depart Billings on Sunday, June 16th at noon.

Seats from each location are limited and will be reserved on a first come-first served basis.

If you would like to travel to Billings via bus, please choose your departure location.  Additional information about exact location and departure times will be emailed to you about a month prior to AC.

I/my child will attend the Mountain Sky Conference Annual Session from June 13-16, 2019, in Billings, Montana. I will not hold the Billings Hotel and Convention Center, the Red Lion Hotel, the Montana Convention Center, their staff, the event leadership, the conference staff or the Mountain Sky Conference responsible for any injury that may occur. I also give permission for any emergency medical or surgical treatment for myself/my child, if needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to contractual obligations with the Billings Hotel and Convention Center and the Red Lion Hotel regarding meal counts and meeting room usage, cancellations have a financial impact on the Mountain Sky Conference. All cancellation requests must be submitted to registration@mtnskyumc.org.  Cancellation requests received by May 17, 2019 are eligible for a full refund of fees paid.  Cancellation requests received after May 18, 2019 and before June 3, 2019 are eligible for a refund of fees paid less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after June 3, 2019 will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be received by June 30, 2019. Approved refunds will be issued by July 31, 2019.
